Let's see. She wants us to ... make some boring OLD notebooks - BEAUTIFUL!
Hmmmmm, if only I had something like that.... Think, think, think.... Oh, WAIT!
I did and I DO ~
and, I HAD fun, sprucing up a ratty old, but well loved and NECESSARY
notebook, from back in the day when I first met and worked with my AMAZING horse
trainer. He helped me "make nice" with our, MORE than a handful, stud colt - WILDCARD.
I wrote THOUSANDS of notes in there! And after ALL these years... still NOT
embellished! - I KNOW! {Are you mortified?} Could there be a better crafty opportunity
for me? And, still, I neglected these important notebooks - OH, the shame!
It was AS if, LOVELY Maria, knew of my shame.
So, with her darling inspiration... I created a proper cover for my
tales from the trenches,
HUGE and fabulous tidbits of horse training, from the man who tunes-up my beautiful
paint mare,
and my spirits.... and then re-instills ground manners in our big,
big bubbah of a Baby Huey, Irish Draft horse, WILDCARD.....
whenever he comes to town {!}
{I thank that man, each and EVERY time Wild Card minds the word, "whoa!" EVERY time.}
I printed these photos of Wildcard as a baby,
and his FIRST time under saddle,

I sure hope that it's a SPECTACULAR day for wonderful you - Yee Haw!
